the dreaded vaccinations when our dear Dr. Piscione told us: "I recommend you guys watch what you eat, as they eat and where you eat." .. That's 3 months away we were able to do anything 'that he had advised us to do very very very very much!
And so 'a few days ago we met for lunch at the home of a cousin of our guide "biciclettara" (we took a guided tour, by bike, 15 km near Mamallapuram), eating rice, cooked vegetables and bread on a banana leaf (zero flatware, but with fast hands and clever .. almost .. but someone that has' spantegato !!),.. on everything but the daiii .. banana leaf was washed .. aaa, cabbage, water used was that of the tap! :-) Logiacamente our lunch was' done on the ground, sitting on mats surrounded by nice ants moschitos!
Ok, ok .. we could be more 'cautious, but how could we say no to that?!
